Cancellation policy

Our preorder collections are produced specifically to reserve inventory before production is complete. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item from a limited production run.

Cancellation Requests

Preorder cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has shipped.

Because inventory, production, and materials are allocated specifically for preorder purchases, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any cancellation is at the sole discretion of Bennitelli.

If a cancellation request is approved, a 4% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

Once a preorder has entered fulfillment, preparation for shipment, or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

All preorder sales are considered final once shipped and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

If your preorder arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Any estimated shipping dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, or other circumstances beyond Bennitelli's control. Delays in estimated shipping dates do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
