Bennitelli Refund & Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an order isn’t the perfect fit—and that’s okay.

We’re committed to making the return process as simple, transparent, and hassle-free as possible. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 7-10% restocking fee applies to eligible U.S. refunds.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other applicable charges.
Preorder/Wait & Save items are not eligible for return once shipped.

U.S. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items returned in a condition that cannot be resold may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

We provide FREE return shipping for eligible U.S. returns.

Once a return request has been reviewed and approved by Bennitelli, the return package must be shipped using the provided return label within 10 business days of return approval.

Returns that are not shipped within 10 business days may no longer be eligible for a refund, and the return authorization may be closed.

All returned items must continue to meet our return eligibility requirements at the time they are received. Items that are worn, used, damaged, missing original tags or packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 7-10% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds. This fee helps offset payment processing and return handling costs.
Please allow 5–10 business days after your return has been received for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

International Returns

International customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import/export charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Preorders

Our preorder collections are produced specifically to reserve inventory before production is complete.

Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled before your order has shipped. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are approved solely at Bennitelli’s discretion.

Returns

Once a preorder has shipped, all preorder sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.

If your preorder arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and its packaging
